I was referred to Altum Credo by one of their existing customer Mr.Hanumant as we shared the same plot of land. I shifted to Pune along with his brother in 2012 in search of a good life and landed a driver’s job. With the combined income of my brother, we bought a plot of land and planned to construct a house. Since I earn my salary in cash, I was not able to avail loan from any Financial Institute. That’s when my friend and their current customer Mr. Hanumant introduced me to Altum Credo’s representative. I shifted to Pune in 2011 after completing my MA degree. I came to Pune in search of a better life. Initially, I stayed in a rented One RK house with my wife & one child and worked for a reputed firm ‘Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering as Assistant Operator on the assembly line. Pursuing the dream to own a house in Pune, I started saving funds and bought a plot of land along with a few friends. For constructing a house on it, I required a small loan amount. I approached various financial institutions, but many offered me short-term loans as the loan amount was small. Due to less Salary, I could not take short-term finance as the EMI was high for the same. I then approached Altum Credo and they were happy to help me by providing a housing loan for a duration of 15 years.

After completing BCA, I joined an IT Company as System Support. With the Sale proceeds of the house sold at native place, we brought a plot at Phursungi near Pune, and decided to construct a house on it. I am now into final stages of construction and will soon shift to my new Residence as a proud owner.
